<p><strong><img src="http://www.summagallicana.it/lessico/a/apio%20Celery_seeds.jpg" alt="celery seeds" width="176" height="132" />Celery Seeds</strong> flush out the liver of toxins and can also lower your blood pressure as well as fight water retention.    Add some to your green salad, potato salad or any salad.</p>
<p><strong><img src="http://newvinegrowing.files.wordpress.com/2010/04/cilantro.jpg" alt="cilantro" width="199" height="132" />Cilantro</strong> can ease the symptoms of summer allergies.  It also acts as a diuretic. You will find many recipes that call for cilantro.</p>
<p><strong><img src="http://the-herb-store.com/catalog/images/cinnamon-bsp.jpg" alt="cinnamon" width="197" height="132" />Cinnamon</strong> can settle an upset stomach and stomach ulcers. It also acts as a mild anti-inflammatory and best of all it increases insulin sensitivity to help center in on burning fat.  Sprinkle a little on your coffee grounds; this adds a pleasant taste to your coffee.  Try some on your oatmeal or cereal.</p>

<p><strong><img src="http://www.jcrowsmarketplace.com/ProductImages/cayenne.jpg" alt="cayenne" width="157" height="132" />Cayenne</strong> soothes a sore throat, and helps reduce the symptoms of a cold and flu.  Cayenne also increases your metabolism which helps burn more calories.  Cayenne and Tabasco sauce can increase metabolism and fat-burning ability up to 25%.  Another great characteristic is that it eliminates gas from the stomach and intestines. Cayenne adds kick to many foods.  Try putting it in a sweet juice for a flavor kick.</p>
<p><strong><img src="http://static.howstuffworks.com/gif/nutmeg-new-netherland-3.jpg" alt="nutmeg" width="176" height="132" />Nutmeg</strong> helps calm, and can also ease the symptoms of menstruation.  Another benefit is it improves digestion.  Try adding it to your applesauce.</p>

Fennel can be added to soups.</p>
<p><strong><img src="http://bellirosa.com/store/images/CLOVES.jpg" alt="cloves" width="214" height="132" />Cloves</strong> calm digestive tract muscles.  You can put cloves in a baked ham or add to a mustard spread.</p>
<p><strong><img src="http://moccs.files.wordpress.com/2009/06/ginger.jpg" alt="ginger" width="151" height="172" />Ginger</strong> reduce nausea due to morning sickness or motion sickness.</p>
<p><strong><img src="http://seshdotcom.files.wordpress.com/2009/01/garlic.jpg" alt="garlic" width="176" height="132" />Garlic</strong> has many benefits.  Used regularly garlic can decrease blood pressure and cholesterol levels.  Research shows garlic to be helpful in the treatment of diabetes.  It also aids digestion.</p>
<p><strong><img src="http://ernolaszlo.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/rosemary_white_bg.jpg" alt="rosemary" width="123" height="220" />Rosemary</strong> is one of my favorite spices.  It is good for eye health and in some studies has shown to help fight cataracts.</p>
<p><strong><img src="http://www.marlerblog.com/basil.jpg" alt="basil" width="161" height="132" />Basil</strong> has high levels of vitamin A and beta carotene.</p>

<p><strong>Why Become and Expert?</strong></p>
<p>I know when I have a problem, I call an expert.  An expert means you know more about that topic than most people do.  An expert takes the pain out of researching and researching, a kind of one stop shopping. The advantages of being proficient in your niche are getting instant credibility, increased visibility and a larger sphere of influence.  Of course picking a niche that you like and are interested in will serve you well. It is important to advertise yourself as the specialist in your field in order gain recognition. It is easier to become a big fish in a little pond instead of a big fish in an ocean.</p>
<p><strong>How to Become and Expert</strong></p>
<p>Think of offering information and services for free to gain the exposure you need when just staring out.  Below I have listed some suggestions to help get started.</p>
<ul>
<li>Get yourself a blog. I recommend WordPress.org.  This will house all your articles,      video’s, and knowledge that people will find interesting.  Brand your blog with you name (i.e.      lisatredy.com).  Start posting your      articles and video’s.  Think of your      blog as the core of your business, your home base. .  Release a series of “How To”      video’s.  Make sure whatever      information you release is relevant.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Don’t underestimate the power of social      networking.  This is a fantastic way      to get your word out there.   Setup      Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin accounts etc. build your list of      friends.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Find forums in your niche and start to take part      giving valuable information.  You      will find that people will follow you quickly.  Set up a Google Alerts account using      your key words in your niche.       Google Alerts will send anything that is posted on the internet (based      on your key words) to your e-mail account.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Post your best articles on Squidoo.com. Your      article is referred to as lenses.       You can post your lenses for free.       You will get found, followed and become influential.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Writing an e-book will give you instant respect      as an authority in your niche.  Most      marketers are afraid to take that step.       This will go a long way in branding yourself.</li>
</ul>
<p>These are just some steps you can take to get started. Don’t be afraid to be innovative and post unique content.  Create a page on your blog for feedback and questions.  This will also help you gain exposure.  Keep at it and you will see results faster than you imagine.</p>

<p>Does that list give you the push you need to get started?  Come and join me.  Did you know that basic changes in your eating habits and exercise can lead to a dramatic drop in your risk for chronic illnesses in as little as six weeks?  Walking is a natural form of exercise.  Best of all it is safe, does not require training and doesn’t cost much.</p>
<p>I have found a beautiful area in the state park near my home.  I go everyday and enjoy the beautiful surroundings as I take my walk.  Occasionally my son will join me.  It gives us the opportunity to talk and build a stronger relationship (another benefit).  If I walk alone, I listen to books on CD.  I get so interested in the plot the time goes by quickly.  I also believe in rewarding myself for achieving my goals.  Add 5 to 10 minutes to your walk after a week or two (depending on how you feel), when you meet your goal, reward yourself.</p>
<p>It’s important to start slow and prepare.  Protect yourself from blisters and muscle/joint pain.</p>
<p>The best advice I can give is to wear comfortable clothes, I prefer cotton clothing and a good pair of walking sneakers.  If you are walking at dusk or after dark use reflective tape so motorists can see you.</p>

<p>Before you start your walk stretch your muscles, hamstrings and calf’s.  Make sure to spend<br />
about 5 minutes warming up.  Walk slowly to warm up and increase your speed until you feel<br />
warm.<br />
When you are almost done walking, start to slow your pace, this will reduce the stress on your<br />
heart and muscles.  Repeat your stretches.<br />
As with anything, setting goals will increase your chances of achieving success.  Be realistic, start with 30 minutes and work your way to an hour for maximum benefit.</p>
<p>I promise you that if you stick with it, in a short time you will start to feel the benefits.  I have been walking for about 2 weeks and I already feel like I have more energy.  I am walking for 55 minutes and have also added vitamins to my morning routine.</p>
<p>If you are walking 2.5 Mph on a firm surface you will be burning 204 calories per hour assuming a body weight of 150 lbs.  You can do a Google search for “calories burned walking” and find your body weight to get a more accurate measurement.</p>
<p>Do you need more motivation?  The Diabetes Prevention Program showed that walking just 150 minutes per week (that’s 30 minutes 5 days a week) and losing just 7% of your body weight (12-15 lbs) you can reduce your risk of diabetes by 58%.  That’s fantastic!</p>
<p>Walking is the best exercise for people of all ages.  Let’s get off the couch and just start walking and feeling great again!</p>

This makes you frequently hungry, causes you to eat more, and gain more weight.  This becomes a vicious cycle.  I put on more weight just trying to lose it.  <strong><em>I DON’T WANT TO DIET</em></strong>!  I want to change my eating habits thus changing my life forever.  There is a better way!</p>
<p>I invite you to follow and join me as I embark on the journey to weight loss.  Eating every 3 to 4 hours helps keep the body at optimal performance.  I have been struggling with my weight for 10 years.  I am finally finished… It’s time for a new beginning.</p>

<p>There are many benefits to losing weight, such as lessening the risk of heart disease, blood sugar control, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure and less joint pain.  I am looking forward to improving my energy, having better self image, and greater confidence.</p>
<p><strong><em>Let’s start with 10 tips to eating less</em></strong></p>
<p><strong><em> </em></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Eat less and more often.  If you eat every 3 to 4 hours and supply your body with protein you will burn fat faster.</li>
<li>Drink before you eat.  Before you start your meal you should drink a full glass of water.  Wait 20 minutes and start your meal</li>
<li>Eat knowingly. Focus on your meal.  Don’t eat in front of the TV, or you will become distracted.   You are more likely to eat less because you will realize when you are full.</li>
<li>Use the fist measurement.  Your portions should be no larger than your fist.  Your fist is about the size of your stomach.</li>
<li>Leave food on your plate.  If you leave just a little food from every meal it will add up.  At the end of the week you could have left 1 to 2 meals behind.  This will add up to extra weight loss.  If you are at a restaurant ask your waitress to bring half the meal and put the rest in a doggy bag.  This will help if you are tempted to eat the whole portion.</li>
<li>When you sit down to eat your meal, take your time (don’t forget your glass of water).  Eat slowly; this will give your brain a chance to catch up to your stomach.  You will realize that you are full.  If you just shovel it in, you will just eat too much.</li>
<li>Clean out your closets.  Don’t leave tempting food like candy, cookies, chocolates, and so forth in your closets.  If you need to keep them in the house, put them out of sight.  Try and forget you have them.</li>
<li>When you’re done… you’re done.  Remove the plate from the table.  Don’t allow yourself to pick at the leftover food on your plate.</li>
<li>Use a smaller plate.  If you use a smaller plate it will appear fuller.  Your eyes will tell you that the portion is ample.  Let your eyes deceive your stomach.</li>
<li>Allow yourself a reward.  You can’t deprive yourself of all sweets and goodies.  When you are feeling deprived, allow yourself a small treat.  Keep some treats on hand in a small baggie.  When you are craving something sweet just grab your baggie.  Don’t lure yourself with the whole bag of chips or M &amp; M’s.  Make sure your baggie isn’t filled to the top.  Make these bags when you are not hungry. Just a little will go a long way.  Try not to do this more than 2 to 3 times per week.  Don’t sabotage your headway.</li>
</ol>

The internet also allows your business to run while you are sleeping, spending time with your kids or just relaxing.  First and foremost you must build the largest list of names and e-mail addresses you can.  Let’s talk about how to build your list as fast as possible.  The use of an autoresponder is one of most important software programs to have.  There are many programs you can use such as AWeber, Get Response, and many more. They are inexpensive and extremely valuable.  Putting opt-in boxes on your blog, social media sites and website will help build your list quickly.  It is important to give away something in order to receive a name and e-mail address from your audience.  Think about it, you don’t get something for nothing!  You can give away an article or video like; <strong><em>How To…, or  5 Reasons Why…</em></strong></p>
<p>It is important that you give useful information, information that someone in your niche can use.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em></em><em>Very important to remember</em></span></p>
<p>When you are creating your autoresponder e-mails you don’t want to sell, sell, sell.  It is important for you to give valuable information to your clients.  You must build a trusting relationship with them.  If you are always trying to sell them something you will find them wanting to depart your list.  I know that when I see the name of someone who is always giving me valuable information I always open the e-mail and read it.  Only send e-mails with opportunities that you strongly believe in.  Make sure that you are not bombarding your clients with nothing but opportunities.  DON”T OVERSELL!</p>
<p>Working your internet business the old fashion way is time consuming and the outcome is somewhat disappointing.  If you are making lists of everyone you know, bothering your friends and family, you will probably give up long before you see successes.</p>

<p>Automation gives you the capacity to manage large e-mail lists, plus building a robust client base for your business quickly.  Using automation allows you to reach thousands of people with the click of a button.  You can create an e-mail and set it to be sent at a later day and time, even if you are not at your computer.  Remember the Ronco Rotisserie Oven … “Set it and forget it.”</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em></em><em>Jumpstart you Network Marketing Business</em></span></p>
<p>Bring your business to the next level.  Being in network marketing can be challenging.  It takes most of us months and sometimes years to fit all the pieces together.  It is all about helping others.  One of my favorite quotes from Mike Dillard is “Give without want before you can have.”  In your journey to helping others you will find them following you.  I know when someone helps me; I value it, and help them in return.  This will help build your list.   The larger the list, the more followers you will have, and the larger your network.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em></em><em>Education</em></span></p>
<p>I believe in constant training.  If you pick up just one thing, it was worth it.  I follow Jonathan Budd, Ann Sieg, Katie Freiling, Mark Hoverson, Mike Klinger and more.  I have joined their lists to receive valuable information that I use in my business.  Follow the most successful people and you will be a success yourself.  Don’t be apprehensive to try something new.  Believe in yourself, keep moving forward and before you know it you will start seeing results.</p>
<p>Remember this is a business, be professional. Work everyday. Have fun, love what you do..  it shows.</p>
